Located in the very centre of Riyadh, Salam Park is a picturesque urban paradise. Its 2003 opening was a component of a larger effort to enhance the city’s natural spaces and recreational areas in response to its fast urbanisation. Salam Park, a tranquil haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, spans 99 hectares.

Salam Park provides a number of facilities meant to be enjoyed by park visitors. There are many trails for walking and cycling, as well as playgrounds for children, picnic spots, and exercise equipment. A traditional Saudi house that provides insights into local heritage and culture and an amphitheatre for events are also part of the park.
