Kingdom Hospital has emerged as a “Centre of Excellence” for private diagnostics and medical treatment in Saudi Arabia, showcasing the seamless integration of form and function. Its one-of-a-kind design effortlessly integrates visual appeal, atmosphere, and efficient internal functional links.

An existing 3-story structure and a new 5-story building make up the complex, which is located on a 41,000m² land north of Riyadh. At this hospital, the old and new structures blend together in such a way that patients and visitors alike will not perceive a drastic shift in aesthetics, but rather a smooth and continuous expansion that streamlines all of the facilities’ activities.

The bottom floor of the renovated three-story structure (17,000 m2 B.U.A.) now serves as administration offices, housekeeping, staff recreation, hospital physiotherapy, and staff canteen. Residences for staff are located on the first and second floors. A private hospital with 120 beds and an integrated diagnostic center with consulting suites are housed in the new 5-story, 21,000 m2 B.U.A. building.
