Located on 35,000 square meters of land, Al Hammadi Hospital is one of the state-of-the-art medical centers in Riyadh, KSA. The 150-bed facility opened to the public in April 1985, which is equivalent to the seventh month of 1405 Hijri, making it the biggest private hospital in Riyadh at the time. Initially, the hospital had over 36 outpatient clinics where patients may receive treatment and therapeutic services from a variety of specializations.

There were seven (7) adult ICU beds, twenty (20) incubation beds, and ten (10) pediatric ICU beds available at that time. There are a total of five(5) beds available for use during surgical procedures, four(4) beds in the recovery room, and five(5) beds in the delivery room. Similarly, there were only four (4) rooms available for physiotherapy back then, and patients came in twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
